Individuals not Assets: Improving Employee Wellbeing

The pandemic uprooted deeply entrenched social behaviours and patterns of work. In the midst of this change, business vulnerabilities were exposed, as were our own personal vulnerabilities, as individuals and as colleagues. Now, as we emerge through the pandemic, leaders have an opportunity to ensure that the positive strides taken towards adopting a wider, more authentic perspective on employee wellbeing come to full fruition. This Session charts the path businesses can take to translate a wholistic vision of employee experience and wellbeing into sustainable, reliable, and authentic practices as our operating environment corrects.
